Shipping & Returns
We offer free standard shipping on all Australian orders over $100 using Australia Post with tracking. Delivery takes 2-4 business days.
Orders over $200 qualify for free Express shipping which will take 1-2 business days.
For orders under $100, we charge $8.00 for standard shipping and $10.00 for Express shipping.
We aim to dispatch all orders within 3 business days from when the order was placed.
Standard shipping: 2-4 business days
Express Shipping: 1-2 business days
The delivery times provided by us are estimates only. We will not be held accountable for late deliveries or loss or damage relating to late deliveries.
All reasonable attempts to notify you will be made using the details you provided. Please ensure you enter the correct delivery address. We cannot be held responsible for incorrectly entered delivery addresses.
Unfortunately we do not offer overseas shipping at this time.
ACCEPTANCE OF THE GOODS
The buyer is responsible for inspecting the goods for fault and notifying us within 5 working days of receiving the goods should there be a fault.
If you consider your item to be faulty, please contact us.
Returns will be issued with an exchange or a store credit for the value of the item being returned. If you wish to return an item, please contact email@example.com and we’ll be in touch within two business days.
Your return item must:
- – Be returned within 14 days of receipt.
- – Be unworn and returned in the original condition.
- – Have all tags, and plastic stickers attached.
- – Include the original packaging, without postal labels.
CHANGE OF ADDRESS
We cannot be held responsible for an incorrect address being entered on your order.
Address Confirmation is given on the review & buy page in the checkout section of the site. If this is not noticed until after your order is finalised, please contact us immediately.
